Didn't get a name, but the energy was unmistakable. I understand everyone has bad days, but acting inconvenienced by customers at a Post Office feels… ambitious. I didn’t ask for anything wild — just standard Post Office things, during opening hours, at a Post Office. Left feeling like I should’ve apologised for interrupting the sighing. If you don't like your job, simply find another one and leave.

The second question is are staff being properly trained in what their role and tasks are. The third question is those staff who have been judged as inappropriately disrespectful and rude towards customers being disciplinned and warned by their own immediate supervisors? Customers will not stand for these reported poor standards and will demand both change and improvements. I will make a judgement today when I attend the post office to send a parcel and then write a review. I will also make a formal complaint to the head office if necessary if I see poor standards. In any event Royal Mail management needs to address the reviews put on here because by customers.
